ORDER OF SALE OF THE NUMISMATIC VALUABLES MADE BY

THE COMPANY “LITHUANIAN MINT”

II.                GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The present order regulates establishment of the prices of the numismatic valuables, acceptance of the orders, reception of the values, its sending and payment methods.
2. Numismatic valuables of the Company “Lithuanian Mint” are as follows:

            occasional coins;

            numismatic sets of the negotiable lits and cents coins;

            souvenir medals, badges and its sets.

3. Numismatic valuables made by the Company “Lithuanian Mint” can be purchased upon the advanced order. Information about order of purchase of the numismatic valuables and possible quantities can be found on www.lithuanian-mint.lt.

II. ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDERS AND ITS EXECUTION

4. Orders for the numismatic valuables (printed, written or electronic) are accepted at the Company “Lithuanian Mint” from Lithuanian and foreign countries buyers (judicial and physical persons) (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyers”).
5. Orders for the numismatic valuables (excluding item 2.3) are accepted and registered in the special register according to the date of acceptance of the orders at the company “Lithuanian Mint”:

            Orders must be presented in the Form No.1;

            Acceptance of the orders must be confirmed in the Form No.2.

6. Orders for the numismatic valuables purchase are accepted after publication about it in the internet website of the Company “Lithuanian Mint”.

6.1. Numismatic valuables indicated in item 2.3 are being purchased without the advanced orders.

7. Acceptance of the orders has to be discontinued in case of the following events:

7.1. all quantities provided for sale is sold;

7.2. orders exceed quantities of the numismatic valuables provided for sale.

8.   Upon the received order the Company “Lithuanian Mint” shall send to the buyer the special notice by which it shall certify, that the numismatic valuables are reserved, or shall indicate to the buyer the reasonable reasons, why such order can not be performed. Price of the numismatic valuables, its sending, package and insurance expenses (in case the buyer requests to send the numismatic valuables), payment modes and terms, account numbers, into which the money has to be send, order of collection of the numismatic valuables.

III.             ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PRICES THE NUMISMATIC VALUABLES

9. Price of the numismatic valuables shall be indicated by the order of the Director of the Company “Lithuanian mint”.

9.1. Price of the numismatic valuables shall be indicated considering the market price of the numismatic valuables. Purchase price can not be less than the price of production, except valuables indicated in item 2.3, for which sale can be applied in prices below costs.     

9.2. Prices of the numismatic valuables shall be established for the particular quantity of the numismatic valuables, which are on sale, or for the particular period, and can be recalculated in the following cases:

9.2.1. if there are marked changes of the market prices;

9.2.2. if demand decreases;

9.2.2. if remainder shall be on sale.

IV.             PAYMENT CONDITIONS

10. The buyer shall be liable to pay for the numismatic valuables as well as to cover its sending, packaging and insurance expenses in one of the following manners:

            in cash at the Company “Lithuanian mint”;

            by the payment order transferring money to the indicated account of the Company “Lithuanian Mint”.

11. Payment term for the numismatic valuables shall be determined in the notice assigned for the buyer, but not later as within 20 calendar days from acceptance of the order at the Company “Lithuanian Mint”.
12. “Lithuanian Mint” doesn’t guarantee that the appropriate order shall be executed, if payment is not received until the term indicated in the special notice sent to the buyer.

V.                COLLECTION OF THE NUMISMATIC VALUABLES

13. The buyer, who paid for the numismatic valuables, must collect it at the “Lithuanian Mint” not later than it is indicated in the notices of the Company “Lithuanian Mint”. In other cases, reservation of the numismatic valuables shall not be guaranteed.
14. On request of the buyer numismatic valuables shall be send to the indicated address within 10 working days after payment.
